This NPC is one of the hidden infiltrators that you must track down and defeat for the level 110 quest Des ennemis partout. This quest rewards the amazing non-combat pet Sphère de sagesse miraculeuse.

This quest has you find and defeat the hidden infiltrators in Dalaran. Below is a list of these NPCs and where they can be found (listed in order of location, starting at the Legerdemain Lounge and going clockwise):

Lou Labeigne - at the bar in the Legerdemain Lounge, ground floor (47, 38)
Savash Mandevent - outside the Magical Menagerie, by the statue (58, 42)
Jim l’Innocent - at Krasus Landing, to the right against the wall as you step onto the landing (65, 46)
Sœur Puissance - up the stairs, on the landing inside The Arsenal Absolute (55, 64)
Hannis Marche-brisant - in the Eventide, by the Dalaran fountain (52, 67)
Hugh Mann - inside the Dalaran Merchant's Bank, against the left wall (45, 77)
Larry Classik - underground, halfway down the stairs of the rear entrance to the Dalaran Underbelly (18, 58) - this entrance is at (35, 45) in Dalaran
Li An Moire Ciel - sitting to the left of the Antonidas Memorial as you face it (near the Bank of Dalaran) (45, 24)

Is there a trick to defeat her? I've got them all but Hannis. I get close to defeating her but she'll instantly kill me before I can get her down. She's driving me nuts. Thanks!

Most important thing is to interrupt Torrent the moment Hannis begins casting it. Other than that just dps her down and avoid the water bolts during Rain Dance.
