Be carefull against her: she will put on her primary target a stackind debuff that will inflict nature dmage evry second. Homewer when espire it will summon an add, that will fixate on a random nearby target and chase him to death. When they reach it, they will quickly kill him. they also have a lot of health.

The location will be marked on your map. Southern region, right at the Slithering Scar entrance.

For this NPC, my level 101 toon encountered it as a level 103 with 99.351M HP, in an area used for questing but easily avoided. In other words, while the event is happening it is quite okay for a level appropriate quester to go about their business in their lousy questing greens BUT keep an eye on any activity. A (foolish) player trying to solo it might run in your direction, lol!

She is slightly elevated in the entrance way so anyone can still enter and do their quests providing they stay close to the ground.

Given the HP of Zavas and the fact I was alone and with a non self healing toon I left it well enough alone.

Apart from the Maximillian quest line and the very easy ore farming, a lot of players skip Un'Goro.

An easily overlooked reason for coming here is that you might pickup a cute raptor hatchling pet. It spawns as an egg in a nest and a few of the nest locations are hard to find. If you are interested, while hanging around here for the Un'Goro Madness event, you should instal the Adorable Hatchling Nests AddOn.

Available at Curse and WoW Interface. It makes locating the nests (and the nests for the other hatchlings in other zones) a trivial matter.

The Jeune ravasaure is a good little earner on the AH too! Enjoy the Un'Goro Madness event! Picked up another just now while the event is on.

With raid of 20+ players, couldn't beat this. You can't CC the larva because of the amount of aoe cleave dps breaking it, and they get so fast and pull you in randomly so the raid just eventually gets vored to death. We could burst it down to 50% but then larva start killing people for various reasons. Lowest I've seen her is 17% before the area is just overrun with ravenous larva
