This rare boss is located inside a ship known as the Quarters Of The Damned, which can be reached via portal in an Island Expedition. When the portal is up, there is a large ship off the coat, and heavy fog in the area. The boss has a self heal that should be interrupted. With her are chests that can be looted only after she dies.

At 40% casts mending swell which heals 25% health. I tried soloing as a disc priest, if you psychic scream she doesn't cast it again immediately, but if you get her to 35% for example she'll cast it then.
