Mnémès comptable rare mob can be found in Le Bastion.

Location: 56.16 63.24 (May be walking around)
Required for: Aventurier du Bastion
Rare drop: Carte d’emprunt de livres

Mnémès comptable rare isnt hard to kill but seems it has a long respawn timer.
Also my be found walking around the following spot, so try to search it nearby.

Mnémès comptable is located in the Le Bastion The Mnemonic Locus zone.

To summon this rare you have to kill the Magistrate convertie. It has a chance to spawn instead one of the regular mobs.

Or you can just wait in the area for respawn when someone triggers it.
In my experience the afk wait respawn can be ~2 hours at least right now on beta

Rare is a part of Aventurier du Bastion achievement.

Mnémès comptable spawns in the Mnemonic Locus area (55, 62) and drops Carte d’emprunt de livres.

He does not have a long respawn timer as others have noted. He shares a spawn with the Magistrate convertie units in the area. If he is not up, start clearing them out until one respawns as the rare.
