Word of advice; this NPC will attack any Alliance it finds along the way... and there is a very good chance the Alliance will fight back. Keep this in mind before you go to do this quest...

Blizzard really liked the Frost Shock video cause as soon as i started it he yelled "FROST SHOCK"
But to add a useful comment, he will heal you and himself if you are low on health. Easily Soloable (as a mage)

You won't see this guys escort quest on the mini maps until you kill the 2 broken guards around him.

On a side note.. he's quite a sexy beast.

31.40 44.05 is one of the locations he is in (or possibly the only location).

For those without coordinates, just head south from the main building about a few yards and you should be able to find it.

Seeing as the Nagrand Slam page is Horde orientated, a lot of alliance probably stumble onto this page (like I did :p)

For alliance players there's a Kurenai Captive in the building immediately east of the main building. Also does not show as a quest on the map until the guards around him are killed

I found Mag'Har captive at the (31,44) location. I found the Alliance Kurenai Captive at the (32,42) location. And no, the quest will NOT show up on your minimap, even if you have low level quests turned on. You MUST kill the 2 "Murkblood Brutes" who are guarding him in order for the quest to open up.

As many have said, you must kill the Murkblood Brutes for the quest to pop up.

Sometimes the brutes will be up and the captive won't be, and sometimes the captive will be up and the brutes won't be. Please be aware that the captive must be up for the brute kill to initiate the quest. If he is up without the brutes, you must wait for the brutes to respawn, and then kill them.
