He's not particularly hard, but if you do attack him, he will aggro the guard right outside his door, and will possibly aggro Fleet Master Firallon, who is in the next room; also with a guard.

Never had a problem with him til I tried killing him with a mage. He shield bashes every 5-8 seconds, so just keep him frost nova'd and swap between fireballs and frostbolts and he's easy as pie.

He's worth 25 rep with Booty Bay (12 or 13 with all other factions) & a 125 rep decrease with bloodsail buccaneers - same as most of the other named mobs & considerably more than the standard pleb buccaneers.

Other than that, can't see a point to him beyond being a scenic named body-guard who does a bad job - i.e. doesn't pull with - of Fleet Master Firallon's. Same as Garr Salthoof but probably not as dangerous.

He's on the Crimson Veil (the middle ship of the three), and re-spawns a minute and a half after death.
