He's on a one minute, thirty second respawn timer.

Pickpocketing stats on him are a little off, given that they only reflect what will drop IF he drops an object. Normally you get only about 14 silver. It took an hour and thirty minutes of PP, kill, respawn to get the dice

He's in the mine directly behind the NPC who gives the quest. Just turn around, run into the mine and take a right. He's standing right there with 2 guards, when I fought him the guards didn't fight-- not sure if they do at all.

Nothing special.

If you're trying to complete Examples to be Made, your only chance is going to be to tag him with an instant spell as soon as he pops up.

On my server, there's a DK logged in there 24/7 and his AoE always tags it really quickly. Took me 3 tries, but I finally managed to tag it before his AoE ticked on it.

IMO: Blizz needs to remove all loot from that group of mobs so bots won't be taking advantage of the fast respawn timer for their relics of ulduar. :<
