This guy with an awesome name starts off as the boyfriend for female goblin players. (male equivelant is a goblin named Candy Cane). He ditches you at some point to join Trade Prince Gallywix.

There is a quest to kill him and rip his heart out.

When I, as a female goblin, got to the quest where he's identified as your boyfriend, I was completely disgusted and quite offended by the fact that it was assigned based on gender. What it ought to do is give you a box when you complete the previous quest, similar to when you get put in an instance group, that lets you choose between the two, regardless of whether your character is male or female. Would be a lot fairer, IMO.
