Each of the criteria for C’est pas à un vieux singe… can spawn randomly at one of 4 different locations (marked on the map with a skull at the start of Stage 2.).

The Ship (77,54) - Bo's Cauldron also has a zipline nearby (46,65) that will take you here.
The Cave (78,42)
The Sandbar (30,25)
The Wreck (77,54) - You will have to climb up the hill to get here. Ziplines to Bo's Cauldron and The Cave are nearby.

You can kill these spawns during stage 2 for 25-50 Jungle Brew each, or after the scenario is over if you just want the achieve.
