It now works as a bank! It's engineer only, makes this corner of shrines much more convenient than any other cities for engineers. (You don't even need move beyond 5 yards to access mailbox, AH, bank, guild bank and a vedor w/ repair!)

I portaled my bank alt to the shrine today, and would like to let you all know that this Lil' Canny bank and the nearby H.A.R.V.E.Y. require only a skill of 1 in engineering to use. So if you want an excellent bank alt location with mailbox, bank, guild bank, repair vender, and auctioneer that requires the absolute minimum amount of moving around create and level a character to level 5 (that's the minimum level you can train engineering skill of 1). Then get yourself a portal to the Vale.
