These do not drop Oozing Bags, so you cannot get an Oozling Pet from these.

I remember when i was just barely to level49 on my pally i grinded these until i was lv58. They drop a ton of those scum covered bags and usually a grey that vendors pretty nice. In 8 levels and 7 days i made almost 1200g just from the vendoring and almost 2000g from AHing the 4 epics and 9 blues i found too! Too bad that was a LONG time before you could buy flying mounts a lv60 x.x' lol

Don't know if it just takes a while to upload and count, but I did find a Plans: Mithril Shield Spike of one of these.
