For both faction Hunters wanting to Apprivoiser une bête this particular (blue) raptor as a pet (especially since it is friendly to Horde, there is Cinglécorche in Gorgrond (50.2, 38.0) which can be tamed.

Other than Zikk in Fer-de-Lance and Pic-Pic le Majestueux in both Mur-de-Givre and Chutelune, it appears that Cinglécorche is the only raptor to use the Raptor2Blue skin that is can be tamed by both Horde and Alliance.

Every so often, Zikk's master (Joro’man) will say, "Zikk mon. Could ya be doin me a fava and grab me da scroll from da enchantas?" This will cause Zikk to run over to the nearby enchanting hut and grab a scroll in his mouth before returning to Joro'man, who tells him, "Now dat's a good rapta!"

When Joro'man takes the scroll, he does the hammering motion and it almost looks like he's giving Zikk a chin scratch, which I really really hope was the intention, because the way Zikk rawrs with joy afterwards is freaking adorable.
