This might be a complete coincidence, but there's a celebrity from Australia, named Shannon Noll.

She may be a reference to Shannon Noel Webb who (according to IMDB https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2938427/ ) has worked behind the scenes on several Academy Awards and acted in TMI Inc (short film, 2008).
There are several other Shannon Noel's around. We'll have to ask the Blizard game masters who this is in reference to.
