Much better than the small box of coins, or whatever the name was on the small treasure chest you could get earlier.
You can get it more than once, got 2 so far.

It says 100% lootchance from the sack, but as i just opened my 3rd Large Plundered Sack and got my 1st Uncrowned Shadowcraft Cap from it, i doubt the 100% chance is accurate... :)

Odd. Had a coin in my bag, a ticket for Marin quest and another coin in the mail. Used first coin and went for large plundered sack. Only other thing available was Thistle Tea. Nothing looted from sack. Figured it was a bug and came here to check if others had experienced same. Used 2nd coin from mail and got 180g. And lastly the ticket rewarded 281g.

Opened it today, the first I have ever had even with frequent coin turn ins.

I got: 185 gold, 94 silver, 11 copper and the shadowcraft cap.

i looted a mask of artful dodging out of my first bag, so the uncrowned shadowcraft cap is not the only thing you are able to loot from this.

This, and the small box of coins you get access to from the ticket, have been nerfed to give one copper. One. Copper. It seems giving us 130g or so was too much?

Seems like it's been nerfed in the prepatch. I was able to loot it 3 times in a row somehow, but each time only gave 1 copper (and a mask on the third one).

I think it's been completely removed, now. There's no sack to the right of the mogu statue for me.

I've been pickpocketing for Pièces d’air and picked up a few Sou fétiche de Marin Brouillecaboche along the way. When I turned in the coin a sack appeared that contained 1 copper. I was able to loot it a few times before it disappeared. I had to wait about 20-30 seconds before looting again. On my (lost count, 6+) turn in to loot the treasure, I obtained Cagoule Sombreruse des Sans-Couronne on the 5th loot of the treasure. It then despawned. Don't give your hopes up. The money loot from the treasure has been nerfed severely but you still have a chance at the transmog item!
