You can find the Secret Treasures at different locations in Revendreth.

This Trésor secret is located in the Chalice District.
Open the gate you see opposite Brise-Espoir and go into the right building.
In the right corner you see a Gardien du trésor sitting on the chest that is on a shelf.
To open the chest, the Gardien du trésor wants a ring from you.
Click the hanging chain you see above you to get to the balcony above.
Open the Matériel de calligraphie des Riktus on the table to get the Anneau de la maison Riktus.
Jump down to the box and interact with the Gardien du trésor.
He flies up and you can open the chest.
You can then go through the portal to be teleported outside.
