As a criticism, it's not particularly helpful to your own set ideas by just directly copying from others.

If you like the general gist of a set, yet it isn't say, a tier set or PvP set, it's best to evaluate why you like it, and then mix in your own personalized elements to make it unique to you.

Which will help you build upon other sets in the future as it makes you more design-oriented the more you try to meld the elements that you personally prefer.

Otherwise it makes a set seem somewhat bland and overdone when everyone tends to use the same thing, even if it wasn't a tier set to begin with.
