This ability doesn't guarantee that you'll go first - instead, grants a large speed boost that is dependant on both the level and quality of the pet. Should both pets use an ability that "goes first", it'll be decided based on their total speed after this modifier.

Value is:
*(1 for Poor, 1.1 for Common, 1.2 for Uncommon, 1.3 for Rare, 1.4 for Epic, 1.5 for Legendary)

Additionally, due to Chi-chi being a Flying pet, this bonus is also multiplied by 1.5 when above 50% health. Other negative modifiers such as Sifflement will also effect the overall boost.

As reference, for a level 25 Chi Chi, gruon de Chi Ji, this speed boost is a flat +16250(+24375*) and in the case of the Legendary version of Chi Chi, gruon de Chi Ji that you face in the Celestial Tournament, it'll can go as high as +18750(+28125*), which is virtually impossible to surpass.
