The simplest way to complete this quest is to travel to Silithus and grind on Stonlash Flayers and Rock Stalkers, which can be found all around Silithus, for the Venom Samples (Good drop rate). Then watch the AH for the Wildheart Bindings (I've seen them around 25g). This is an expensive quest so I would suggest to only put in the effort if you aquire a set of the Wildheart Bracers from Stratholme (1%-2% Drop Rate) or if you plan to piece together the set.

Rock Stalker and other mobs are located in Silithus.
Wrist, what you need to complete quest, you can get in Blackrock Spire and Stratholme.

Looks like a nice piece of armor, but I have to question if this is worth it post TBC. Seems like a lot of effort to go to simply to replace it in a few levels in outland. So I'm inclined to say this just isn't worth the time and trouble, especially if you want the set bonus. Just keep leveling in outland and get faction rep up for better armor.

Dungeon Set 2 quest chain.

I started to do the D2 set quest chain, and I had to move to a zone, then back to the auction house, then back to a far away zone, back to the AH, ... My intention with this post is to help you collect all the things you need before you embark on your D2 journey.

The items you should collect before starting the quest chain

Obviously you need to collect the D1 set of your class, the Helm and the Chest should be the last two items on your agenda, you can complete the whole quest chain even if you dont have them (they are the last reward for your troubles), Some items can be bought from the AH (the belt, the bracer and the gauntlets).

You need 180 gold (slightly less if you are revered or exalted with the argent dawn)
a Delicate Arcanite Converter,
4 Greater Eternal Essence,
10 Stonescale Oil,
a few barrels of Goblin Rocket fuel (it depends, on how good you are with AoE pulling, if you are very good you wont need any),
a Fel Elemental Rod from Vi'el he sells it for 40 gold (this 40g is included in the 180gold above,
3 Dark Iron Bar,
20 Enchanted Leather,
3 Mooncloth,
4 Cured Rugged Hide,
4 Dark Rune,
8 Large Brilliant Shard,
a Flask of Supreme Power

The quest Three Kings of Flame will send you to Silithus to kill one of the The Duke of Cynders, to summon him you need a

1 Scroll: Signet of Beckoning (the fire one), to create a Signet of Beckoning: Fire
one set of the Twilight Trappings Set,
1 Medallion of Station

Most probably you wont find neither the Scroll: Signet of Beckoning nor the Signet of Beckoning: Fire on AH. There are two ways to work around this problem.

The first way (tho less likely to achieve) is to start the quest The Twilight Mystery, do the follow ups (The Deserter, The Twilight Lexicon) and you should be able to see a new quest, True Believers. This last quest is repeatable (Still Believing), by handing in several pages of Encrypted Twilight Text you get a Decoded True Believer Clippings in your mail in 10-12 hours, these bags have a very-very low chance to drop the Scroll: Create Signet of Beckoning.
The other way is to collect 3 sets of the Twilight Trappings Set, summon a Templar at the Lesser Windstones and collect 3 Abyssal Crests, Hand them in with a Large Brilliant Shard for the quest Dukes of the Council. Collect a 4th set of the Twilight Trappings, and summon a Duke at a Windstone. You will have 25% chance that the Duke you will summon is the one you need.

I'm in need of a sizeable sample of venom drawn from the spiders and scorpions that inhabit Silithus. Bring this to me along with a few gold coins and I'll perform the exchange.
