Ok, I need some help here. I'm trying to finish this quest, going back to get Draenor flying. I have NO idea if I started this at some point in the distant past. I don't have it in my quest log. I've gone to the places for all of the steps, and there is no one to talk to. Currently, Maaladar and the Blood Elf captain are at Exarch's Refuge in Talador. When I get close, they talk to each other about helping each other out. However, they don't talk to me. Any idea where I might have left off? I can't drop it and restart it, as apparently I did that already. I'm at a complete loss. Thanks!

I was looking to finish In The Shadows of Auchindoun, but couldn't find the start of the questline. Hold The Line turned up nothing, but I eventually found Retribution for the Light, given by Lady Liadrin (43, 76) by the alliance fp. Hope this helps someone!
