This is probably the easiest title to get, at almost any level. I have a level 19 twinked Orc warrior that got this title 3 days after the event started up (Before Cataclysm). If you're willing to sacrifice a few hours of corpse running, you'll be fine.

Very easy title to get, and if you're RPing a Paladin, it's a pretty decent title to have as well, so don't miss out when Noblegarden comes around!

This has a "Wrath" icon above and the title may have been added at that time, but only The Burning Crusade expansion is really required. Alliance players need access to Azure Watch for Amourette de printemps, while Hordies need access to Falconwing Square for Amourette de printemps and Silvermoon City for Le Jardin des nobles. Everything else can be accomplished in the original content.

That part is not correct. Yes, you need all eight achievements listed in that comment, but there are three more Noble Garden achievements. These do not count toward earning the title:

As a practical matter, you will earn Chocolate Lover before you earn C'est fort en chocolat (required), but it doesn't actually count for the title. You can earn the title without ever completing the other two. The Chemise blanche de smoking, Pantalon de smoking noir and Robe de soirée needed for Jeune mariée (required) can be borrowed or purchased from others, so it is not necessary to loot them yourself as the optional achievements require. (I wound up sharing the clothing between alts due to the low drop rate.)

Then there is the actual Noble Gardener achievement (click on the "Reward from" tab above), which is the meta achievement that actually grants the title. The eight achievements listed in the other comment are really just the requirements for earning that achievement.

Speaking of different versions, the first comment only provided inks for the Alliance versions of two of the achievements. Links to the Horde versions of those are below:

All of the other achievements can be earned by both sides.

I've made a video covering everything you need to know about Noblegarden, it's loot and a guide to all of it's achievements. As usual, I've kept all irrelevant info - like what I had for breakfast, out of the video so that it only contains the info you need to get the job done.

Where to farm? That is the question! Zones are mostly empty on the (Wrath) Classic servers and quite busy at Razor Hill and Goldshire on Retail. Each zone has its advantages and disadvantages for egg farming:

Horde:

Brill: Retail: Great variety of locations, most easy to find. A great place to farm. Wrath: Compact but the shrubbery is very heavily textured, making the eggs rather difficult to see as almost all the eggs are concealed in the bushes.
Razor Hill: Eggs are easy to see but you have a lot of running to do.
Bloodhoof Village: Some very devious / clever hiding of the eggs and a huge area to run around.
Falconwing Square: Compact and although attempts were made to hide the eggs, pnce you get a roll on you will zip through easily. Best for Horde!

Alliance:

Goldshire: Retail: Everyone comes here so respawns happen fast! No optimal route though. Classic: Eggs seem few and far between here.
Kharanos: Easy to see the eggs and your route will be a simple oval. A great location for Alliance, especially Classic!
Dolanaar: Eggs are mostly hidden in dense shrubs and there is a huge running area. Avoid!
Azure Watch: Compact, eggs are well hidden and there is no real optimal route.

Ideally you want a few other players with you as the respawns will come thick and fast and this situation is where Falconwing Square really shines. To see accurate maps (there aren't any here on Wowhead and indeed it is just not possible due to the imprecision of coordinates) I strongly suggest this AddOn by yours truly. It has almost every spawn point in every Classic and Retail zone too! Alliance? Toss-up between Goldshire and Kharanos with Goldshire shading it as its more social/fun.
