edit. Since live hit, it's actually for getting exalted with the tillers which is much less interesting from my perspective.

To get this title, spend hours botting dungeons. Then spam tradechat with "Want to buy gold cheap?" Just thought that I'd point out that even though this title is listed as "Account-wide" under the quick facts here on wowhead, it appears that it currently at least isn't, as i got it on my shaman who is exalted, but no one else. Might change some day though i guess.

But the farm is pretty useful, so it's quite easy to get it on all lvl 90 alts if you at least keep planting stuff every day (even if you don't do dailies).

At the moment this title is not account wide.

Whilst you get this achievement from being exalted with Laboureurs and you get an achievement when you hit exalted, the Title is not a reward from the achievement (as of 20th October 2012).

If they change it so the achievement awards the title then it will become account wide!

Decided to grind this with Timewalking badges, from 0 rep to exalted (On a Human) it took 73 Commendations of the Tillers, plus 1 round of dailies and also the quests you get at Friendly/Honored/Revered from Farmer Yoon.
