The title is not actually account-wide ingame unlike what Wowhead says. Hopefully they'll change it when they make it a legacy achievment because man, I'm not going through this grind again.

e; looks like it might have been fixed, my character that hasn't done a single first aid quest can use the title now.

I tried to use this title on my alt a few days ago and it didn't work. I log in today (2018-03-13) and my alts can now use the title. Seems to have been hotfixed finally!

This title is awarded after completing all of the first aid quests on the Broken Isles. These quests can be obtained by killing mobs all over the Broken Isles, it is important to remember you can NOT carry multiple letters/notes at a time so you must complete the quest in order for other letters/notes to be dropped. The drop rates are rather low on these items, and you can get repeats of letters/notes you've already completed.

How can I track my progress for this achievement?

As of 7.3.5 (a few days before the 8.0 prepatch) I can say that the Tittle is Account-bound and does not seem to have a 110 lvl requirement (at least, I can use it with my lvl 29 alt).

With prepatch 8.0 this achie removed with other First Aid stuff.

I'm a little confused as to the current status of this title/achievement as there has been a bit of conflicting information in my research. With First Aid removed/merged with tailoring, I've read that this title is no longer available. However, the page itself does not state "this title can no longer be obtained" similar to others and the field packs, silvery salve, silkweave bandages and silkweave splints are still in game. Can anyone confirm whether or not it is still available?

Since this has not been clearly posted yet, this title is unobtainable as of 8.0 BfA.
