The quest starts with a dropped Courrier perdu on the ground by a mailbox in Dalaran. Respawns approx every 2 hours.
This Courrier perdu is also BoE and a copy is mailed to you upon completion of the quest, so you can give it to a friend.

- First you'll deliver it to Madam Goya in the Underbelly Courrier perdu.
- From there you'll receive a mail from the Postmaster summoning you to the Dalaran Mailroom.
This room, accessible by the pet cemetery, is crammed with elementals, junk mail, even a Pepe overseer!

- You'll then sort 9 pieces of flying mail.
- That turns into Un gros colis: you will deliver 1362 Pierre solide.
(this is a throwback to The Bank of Vernal in Utah, USA)
- In Livraison prioritaire, someone has forgotten to loot Rênes d'Invincible and you must return it to them.
You will have to fight with ethereals trying to ninja-loot it.
- You'll then head to the Steam Pools in Feralas and find Johnny La Classe.
- He already has Invincible and demands you sell the duplicate to Gott Travégorneur in Avec le sourire.
- After returning, he then asks you to visit his SparklePony's grave in Une juste récompense.
- When you reach the grave, you learn that Twinkles' favorite toy was Tête de Mimiron.
- Yay for the minigame part of the questline: Les chiens aboient, le courrier passe !:
You are asked to sort 15 letters correctly in a minute.
City and zone names will flash on the screen, and you must click on the proper mailbox for each continent.
Completing this finishes the main Postmaster questline and awards Totalement timbré achievement!

- You now have access to the advanced minigame, where you must sort 30 incomplete letters in a minute.
Completing this rewards the Courrier prioritaire achievement, the title, and Postier-lémentaire battle pet.
Siffletimbre de Katy toy is also now in your mailbox as well!

Postier-lémentaire teaches the Postier-lémentaire Battle Pet.

In order to get the title you must complete the questline (Courrier perdu) and do the challenge of the minigame you just unlocked. Completing the challenge will get you the achievement Courrier prioritaire. I managed to gather some info about the places that might come up in the challenge:

Tips:

If you loot Courrier perdu ~~from near the mailbox by the Violet Citadel~~ now patched to be from "a random location near one of several Dalaran mailboxes", it is BOP. But at the end of the quest line, you get the Courrier perdu item again as a BOE! This means that:

• As of 21 January 2018, the title is NOT account-wide. So first complete the quest chain on whatever character you looted it with. Then mail the BOE Courrier perdu to the character you want on, and complete it, mail it, etc. until you're done with all characters. Title now patched to be account-wide!
• Easier than camping a mailbox 24/7 is: you can just start the quest by "renting" Courrier perdu from the AH--buy it, quest through it, then sell the item again when you get it back.
There is no direct follow up quest from Madame Goya (or anyone beside her) after you turn in the Courrier perdu. The next step is receiving mail from the Postmaster inviting you to help him out. Check your mail to read it, then fly behind the Magus Commerce Exchange (/way 32.8, 32.1 in Dalaran). There is a Tube pneumatique that looks like a brown pot within a neat triangle-shaped wall that you click to visit the Postmaster, sort of like Mario going down a pipe. Doing the questline gives you the Siffletimbre de Katy toy. Doing it also unlocks a mini-game wherein you can then work on completing 2 achievements: Courrier prioritaire and Lettre rapide. Doing these will get you the Postier-lémentaire pet and the title.
Doing the Courrier prioritaire achievement will also complete Lettre rapide. So just go straight to sorting 30 incomplete addresses when the time comes; no need to work on sorting 30 complete addresses separately.

this just got account wide justs did kara and a few sec after i exited i earned it on a toon i havent done the questline on so the hotfix is up for the title

For anyone doing the Postmaster Achievement progress, just be aware that if you don't have rep of at least Neutral, you won't be able to hand in the quest in Feralas where you have to sell the extra copy of Invincible's Reins. I attempted this on my main toon 4/16/2018, and have Unfriendly Rep with all of the Steamwheedle Cartel, and interaction with the NPC wasn't possible. Just a heads up before you invest time or gold. It's probably better to send the Lost Mail to a character that has Neutral or better reputation.

First of all you need to find Courrier perdu That can be find next to Mailbox in Dalaran ( of any of them ) I was flying from mailbox to mailbox and i found it - this way you startking quest chain for Postmaster :) ( see on My video how is look that letter.

Dalaran's Postman Questline, The Guide for the Mailemental Pet and Postmaster Title. This is my guide for patch 7.3.5 Dalaran's Mail Room. Writing down all the ones I kept missing and memorizing them is what worked for me. Eventually you will get faster and faster. This was challenging but a lot of fun. Good luck! :)

Where did this title go? Was it temporary? It never showed up in my list of titles, even on the character I completed the quest on, and it's not listed as a reward from either the "Post Haste" or the "The Total Package" achievements.

If your having trouble doing the last 30 in 60 seconds challenge there is a way which can help you.
Its not legit and your client may crash out if you click around while frozen but it can work.

1. Create a macro with the following code /run local t = time() + 10 while time() < t do end
2. Assign the macro to any action bar key
3. Talk to the postmaster and start the challenge
4. Press the macro the second the 1st location appears. This will freeze the entire game for 10 seconds. Do not click anything while the screen is frozen or you may force a crash or double click a location causing a wrong location and incur a time penalty. You can re-position the mouse while frozen so just hover over the correct location while you wait for the 10 seconds to be up.
5. When the game unfreezes and the little portals start to swirl again click the continent the post relates to as quickly as you can.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as the locations appear until you have your 30, by this point if you have been efficient you should probably only have like 3-4 seconds to spare.

So if your really stuck, been banging your head for hours and cant get the clicks in time doing the challenge the normal way this may be a last ditched method of obtaining the title and pet.

Using the macro posted by Shauolin still works in Shadowlands Pre-Patch. You can adjust the "10" part of it to whatever you want if 10 is too long or too short, just put a different number in there. You don't want to click while the game is frozen but click as soon as the game unfreezes then click the freeze again on your action bar.

Got my title and my portable mailbox pet.
