Seems that unlike all of the other covenant rewards, this one is character-bound instead of covenant-bound. Have fun grinding renown on your alts to get a title that you should already have.

Not account-wide. You have to be both a Venthyr and be Renown 40 to use this title.

I finally have the perfect way to reference King's Quest 7: an undead Count Tsepish. Gonna make him a hunter, too, so he can keep his good boi Valiant with him.
