If you dont want to try your luck in a raid for belt and boots the Cartographer's Armor set's Ceinture de Vermillon boots and belt fit quite well.

I have sent in a screenshot that hopefully gets submitted for easy showing how the belt looks with the set.

Edit: Seriously what is it with people downrating people that is trying help others find a replacement for a pair of items that can be very hard obtain. True the shoes can be obtained through a quest in jade forest now but not belt.

MoP has given a few more options to complete this set.

Head: Peacebreaker's Leather Helm
Chest: Leather Tunic of Eniment Domain
Boots: Landfall Leather Boots
Legs: ~~Honorary Combat Engineer's Leather Trousers~~ (edit: These unfortunately don't seem to exist, but maybe they'll be added as the quest might just be bugged instead of completely nonexistent)

Boots of Captain Ellis work pretty well with this set actually, despite being a bit of a darker color

For any monks picking this set up for xmog, the Couteau de brèche de la fosse matches very nicely, and is an easy to farm lvl 70 raid drop.

Pique du gladiateur vicieux matches this set perfectly for druids.
Couple it with being a Worgen and wearing Tabard de Gilnéas and you will fall in love with your looks.

~~Bottes de la graine gelée matches this set perfectly. So if you prefer shoes type of look they can be used instead of matching boots for this set.~~

Edit: After finally obtaining the entire set plus the boots mentioned above I must say they fit only somewhat. However, they are inlaid with a dark hue purple (indigo perhaps?) which does somewhat stand out if you look at it and so does not really match the rest of the set bluish color.

Just in case you ain't know where to get this right off the bet, you can actually purchase the original set for these looks which is T9 from a vendor at the Argent tournament grounds in Icecrown. Cost around 50g per piece (leg, chest, gloves, shoulder, helm)
