My brother transmogged his armour to this set on his main, and paired it with the Master Builder's Shirt from BRD. It's a perfect match, as you can see: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/eldrethalas/Slugula/simple (The crafted hammer and the shield he was already wearing are nice matches for a Prot character, but I don't know what 2-hand weapons might go well just off the top of my head.)

I found that Ceinture de la règle tyrannique looks pretty good with this set. To get it you need to get (and do) the quest, Le Porte-froid, in Razorfen Downs.

Alternatively speaking, the Reaver Armor has the same set design, albeit the chestpiece covers the arms. Mixing and matching the two sets can give good results if one or the other doesn't quite appeal for whatever reason.

This purple armor resembles the purple knights of Cormyr, which inspired me on creating my Cormyr Warrior (Dark Vessel Mail) outfit version of the Dark Vessel Mail (Recolor) transmog set mixed with Angro'rosh Plate (Recolor) transmog set with some personal picks for shirt, cloak, one-handed sword and shield.

Requires level 50.
Usable by any plate class.

Cormyr refers to a kingdom in the D&D's Forgotten Realms franchise.
