If you know other matching belts, please add them in the comments. Of course you can always leave Corde du champion assassiné unmogged, it's not too bad.

For a matching belt option I very much like Corde de rédemption du gladiateur courroucé, for boots Bottines de méditation du gladiateur cataclysmique fit amazingly well.
You can also use Corde de méditation du gladiateur cataclysmique if you like a little contrast.
Engineers can use Lunettes de liquéfaction de visage as an alternative head option.

Some transmog ideas for the heroic and normal version of this. Must be one of the best looking priest sets imo.

Can now be mixed and matched with the silkweave set in legion, greatly improving the boots/belt option. Not that it matters a ton anymore with the hide belt option though
