Echarpe de l'historien is a matching belt.

Edited to clarify/add, not "the" but "a" matching belt. Yeah, it belongs to a different set but it matches. My priest in full tier minus helm/gloves and wearing the Echarpe de l'historien

Unfortunately, there is not a blue version of Vestal's Irrepressible Girdle, so alternative belts with the desired color scheme must be found. While farming Kara the other day, I ran across Malefic Girdle, which looks pretty decent with this raid finder version, is one of the few very skinny belts in game, and matches the darker purple areas (neck, hem, hands) in the set.

Communal Cord seems to match this set perfectly, almost like it was made for it.

It is available to priests using the Salvage Yard in the Warlords of Draenor Garrison.

There is a pair of boots that's quite fitting! The "Bloody Dagger-Heeled Pumps", dropping off of fel Lord Zakuun in Hellfire Citadell + do have the same style as the bottom end of the pants, fitting in perfectly. IMO the best matching boots out there!
