This is inaccurately showing ilvl 397 agility pieces that match Wyrmstalker Battlegear instead. This will be fixed in an upcoming datapush. (Edit: now showing correct screenshot.)

The actual Spiritwalker's Regalia (Lookalike) is notable because it contains matching shoulders, unlike some lookalike T13 sets. The matching pieces look like this.

Helm: Diadème du rêve lupin
Shoulders: Spécimens imparfaits 27 et 28
Chest: Corselet du monde fantôme
Gloves: Gants des rêves fantomatiques

This is the Chaman-friendly version of Chasseur Normal Tier-13 (Wyrmstalker Battlegear) from L’Âme des dragons. There are non-hunter pieces available for most slots, but not shoulders. Sorry Chamans. There are also two other colors, but most pieces are Hunter-only:

Raid Finder: Wyrmstalker Battlegear (Recolor)
Heroic: Wyrmstalker Battlegear (Recolor)

After 6.0.2, I bought these piece for my Enh shaman. Going through my transmog options, I discovered a pair of shoulders I had that went beautifully with this set: Beast-Tamer's Shoulders from Hyjal: Epaulières de dompteur de bêtes

After going through all the transmog sets and deciding this was the best one for my shaman, I was disappointed to note there were no shoulders. Or wasn't there? Being lazy I just bought Spallières de l'éruption volcanique/erupting-volcanic-spaulders from Magatha Silverton in Stormwind, tried them on and wallah! Not only are they a perfect colour match but they look better than the original matching shoulders. Sometimes it pays to be lazy I guess.

For the legs I bought Garde-jambes de l'éruption volcanique again from Magatha Silverton which are also a great colour match making this entirely a vendor set.

For the cloak I am using Cape des rayons guérisseurs

Another really good option for Shamans in regards to shoulders is the yellow version of Imperfect Specimens 27 & 28 a set I personally think better than the originals just for how well they sit on the shoulder.
