This is a set that drops primarily from L’épreuve du champion. It is mostly comprised of plate drops itemized for tanking.

Head: Eadric le Pur/Confesseur d'argent Paletress, heroic
Shoulder: Confesseur d'argent Paletress, heroic. (Alternate: Spallières de l'étoile dorée, Oracles revered)
Chest: Cuirasse de triomphe forgée par les Titans, Wintergrasp vendors. (Alternate: Cuirasse du conseil solennel, Wyrmrest Accord revered, and Carapace en os de baleine, The Kalu'ak honored.)
Wrist: Brassards de triomphe forgés par les Titans, Wintergrasp vendors.
Hands: Confesseur d'argent Paletress, normal. (Alternate: Gantelets de taille gigantesque, Frenzyheart revered)
Waist: Le Chevalier noir, normal. (Alternate: Ceinturon de triomphe forgé par les Titans, Wintergrasp.)
Legs: Cache du champion, normal
Feet: Eadric le Pur, normal. (Alternate: Solerets à trempe toxique, Knights of the Ebon Blade honored)

There are two recolors:

Silver/gold, from L’épreuve du champion and reputation healing plate drops.
Black/silver, from L’épreuve du champion and reputation dps plate drops.

Please note that the two belts listed in this set do not share the same model. Ceinturon de triomphe forgé par les Titans (sold by the Wintergrasp Quartermasters) is probably the belt you are looking for: it is the 'round' belt shown on the picture.
Ceinturon du chevalier blafard, dropped by the black knight (normal), has the same skin, but uses the standard flat waist model. You could use the model-viewer if you want to see how that one looks :)

EDIT: As of patch 5.0, both belts now share the same round model, as shown on the picture.

In case someone wants this set and they use a 1H Sword and Shield, Malveillante is a good sword that matches the set the best from what I've found. Akmin-Kurai, bouclier de domination Is actually the best shield I could find for this set, a few other shields that go okay with the set are as follows, Ecu royal de Lordaeron is an okay match-up with this set. Grand pavois du briseur it kind of matches the color scheme it's not the best, but hey, who doesn't like a face for a shield? Egide de la concentration captivée d'Antonidas is an okay match, still not better than Akmin-Kurai, bouclier de domination but it's okay. Egide du colisée it matches the color scheme, but the eyes don't go with the set at all. If you find any other shields, or swords that you think would also go with the set then feel free to add them to this list. Happy farming!

This looks good but in my opinion swapping the shoulders for Conqueror's Siegebreaker Shoulderplates make it incredible.

Bloodfist Greaves (Grèves Poing-de-sang) go really well with this set, if you don't like the way the boots look like re-skinned feet.

You cannot use Spallières de l'étoile dorée and Gantelets de taille gigantesque to transmog this set. You need to be revered with the respective faction to equip these items and cannot be revered with both of them at the same time.

(found that out the annoying way...)

Best bet, imo, is to be/stay revered with the Oracles for the shoulders and farm Trial of the Champion on normal for the gloves because Plaques d'épaule d'Aurous régaliennes only drop on 5H ToC.

Non-bootie options:

Grèves de salut du gladiateur furieux matches pretty well if you're a warrior or pally who likes that shape.
Grèves Poing-de-sang isn't too bad.

Croquenots imprégnés de sang en saronite colors are off, but might be an option when boots don't display fully

Post 6.1 update: seems the actual matching boots were finally added as a drop in Tanaan, which of course was after this comment was made. The others might still be worth considering on races that don't show the whole boot when the larger plate size is too big, most notably male tauren and draenei.

This is a set that is similar to the armor of Garde-paix d'argent. It's various pieces can mostly be obtained through Trial of the Champion as stated by perculia above.

Head: Heaume de l'adversaire déconfit from Eadric le Pur or Confesseur d'argent Paletress in Heroic Mode or Heaume à pointe en acier-titan from 440 Blacksmithing

Shoulders: Plaques d'épaule d'Aurous régaliennes from Confesseur d'argent Paletress in Heroic Mode or Spallières de l'étoile dorée from Oracles - Revered

Chest: Cuirasse de triomphe forgée par les Titans which costs 490 from vendors in Wintergrasp (only available when Wintergrasp is controlled by your faction), Cuirasse du conseil solennel which requires Revered with the Wyrmrest Accord or Carapace en os de baleine, which requires Honored with the Kalu'ak (the neutral Tuskarr faction found mainly in the Borean Tundra at Kaskala).

Hands: Prise de la mansuétude from Confesseur d'argent Paletress in Normal Mode or Gantelets de taille gigantesque from Frenzyheart Tribe - Revered. Note that this cannot be used with Spallières de l'étoile dorée as it is not possible to be Revered with both the Oracles and the Frenzyheart Tribe.

Wrist: Brassards de triomphe forgés par les Titans, which costs 280 from vendors in Wintergrasp (only available when Wintergrasp is controlled by your faction)

Waist: Ceinturon du chevalier blafard from Le Chevalier noir in Normal Mode or Ceinturon de triomphe forgé par les Titans, which costs 280 from vendors in Wintergrasp (only available when Wintergrasp is controlled by your faction).

Legs: Garde-jambes de la vassalité abandonnée from Cache du champion in Normal Mode of Trial of the Champion (spawns after defeating the Grand Champions in Trial of the Champion) and also from Cache des champions in Normal Mode of Trial of the Crusader (spawns after defeating the Faction Champions in Trial of the Crusader).

Feet: Bottes du repentir sincère from Eadric le Pur in Normal Mode of Trial of the Champion, or Solerets à trempe toxique from Honored with the Knights of the Ebon Blade.

Anyone getting this set who doesn't want to look like they are wearing plate-socks, get the Bottes de guerre cloutées en fer from Tanaan Jungle in WoD, they match this set and look like proper plate boots, not plate socks.

Cogneur de Beazel is another awesome weapon to use, especially if you're a Dwarf seeking the perfect hammer for this set. Beazel's Basher is one of my all time favorites and blends quite well imo
