The revamped SM istances now drop items that match this set. These are:
Gants de maître-chien
Spallières écarlates incarnadines
Grande tenue de Korloff
There is only one matching boot model.They are Bottines de frappe audacieuse, though they seem to match the red version.

Also, the revamped Scholo recived a few recolors as well.
Couronne brûle-âme (Finally a head, completely unique I might add)
Garde-jambes en tisse-fantôme
Ceinture de courroux glacé

So now you can get what you did in quest + a helm in the "new" instances

Edit: It turns out that this is a extreamly similar recolor, and I only noticed it when I mixed the two. The set I linked is a darker version that features green gems instead of yellow. Aside from the shoulders, they are all part of the recolor set.
Epaulières trophée de suzerain may be the matching shoulders.

i cant believe there's no light blue boot to match this set, it looks awesome for transmog, very alliance-ish without being too flashy. also worked well for my rogue through a couple levels. come on blizzard it's so pretty :p

The matching items are from rare leather Level 30-60 quest rewards, and now in Mists of Pandaria, from low-level instances.

There are several other incomplete recolors in the transmog database: orange/brown and navy/brown.

I found Bottes de montagne rapides to match this set on a tauren not sure how they look on different races.

Spritecaster Cape goes very nicely with this set. If you don't mind the mask look, Darkcloud Mask looks quite nice as well.
This is also the set that the Tushi Emissaries wear, just a little fun fact for some RPers or just anyone who likes their set.

For a Male Tauren, Bottes de Paillaplouf are a decent match, although not perfect.

I found I liked how Jambières naufragées matched the set better, and were easier to get. For boots, my top choices are Mules moelleuses de Taldaram and Bottes du carrefour . I also liked using Spallières de troglodyte instead of the ones that came with it.

Incomplete set, but:

Head slot: Couronne brûle-âme belongs to one of this set's recolors but perfectly matches the colors on this one (except for the green gem but it's just a tiny detail).

Feet: Bottes de triomphe du gladiateur fatal and Réplique des bottes Sombreruse are imo the best boots for this set, although I'd recommend taking a look at the appearences as there are several others that fit decently enough, even simple ones like Bottes en cuir gravé.
