Helm of the Shadowy Protector drops from Sha of Fear, the 4th and last boss in Terrace of Endless Spring.
Shoulders of the Shadowy Protector drops from Lei Shi, the 3rd and second last boss in Terrace of Endless Spring.
Chest of the Shadowy Protector drops from Grand Empress Shek'zeer, the 6th and last boss in Heart of Fear.
Gauntlets of the Shadowy Protector drops from Wind Lord Mel'jarak, the 4th boss in Heart of Fear.
Leggings of the Shadowy Protector drops from Amber-Shaper Un'sok, the 5th and second last boss in Heart of Fear.

You give all these tokens to Commander Oxheart at Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes as currency for the Tier Set Items.

For the resto and ele shamans, I would recommend Pare-tempête en élémentium for your shield transmog.

I really like the "naturey" and "leafy" look of this set.
Currently using it on my enhancer because I don't always want to look "fiery" and destructive,sometimes you just gotta be shiny neon green.

The 'screenshot' of the female human wearing this set shows her wearing a skirt/kilt type bottom, but every option through token redemption appears to be for the same short pants. Is there a secret matching skirt? I generally prefer the kilt-type bottoms for shaman sets, but love this set despite that.
(Yes, even the item entitled Firebird's Kilt is short pants.)

So I've been looking for weapons to suit this mog with the Pare-tempête en élémentium.This is what I came up with.

One-handed Maces:
Punisseur gurubashi
Grand marteau fendu
Tihan, sceptre de l'empereur endormi

One-handed Axes:

Hopefully this makes it's way to the top some.. To ease this situation after scanning about 20 different articles. The EASIEST way to farm this out in LFG is to Spend some time on the Timeless Isles farming up Lesser Charm's of Good Fortune. For these instances it does NOT require Warforged Seals, instead 20x Lesser Charm of Good Fortune can be turned into Lo Ping @ the Justice/Valor Quartermaster area @ 37.73, 64.25 in Townlong Stepppes for ONE Elder Charm of Good Fortune. There doesn't seem to be a 3x cap like our current system is. I purchased 5 and after running LFR without bonus rolls, only getting one item. I ran back and managed to get all but the Shoulders of the Shadowy Protector.

Overall time farming on the Isle's was about 30 minutes. It's best and easiest to target elites, however anything drops the lesser charms and keep an eye out for chests and rares! Hopefully this helps!
