While Bâton du gladiateur cataclysmique would be a great match for this set for druids/monks, it is currently no longer in game. One can only hope it will be reinstated at some point. Until then, Bâtombre de Terokk might prove to be a suitable fit

I'm actually using this transmo set on my pandaren monk and it looks good with Wind's Rest Spear, without displaying both back and head.

For all the aspiring monks out there Green Belt of Hushed Wisdom looks great with this set to add a little flavour to it. And you can pick it up anytime from the Peak of Serenity.

I'm pretty sure that Tesslah's Ticking Treads aren't part of the Nimbletoe set. Both in the dressing room preview (from one off the AH) and in the model viewer the color and design is very different from the one shown in the picture. It's a much lighter green and brown.

I got this set together to go with my Heaume de Banc de Neige because I like the way the helm looks on a night elf. I did not like the shoulders so I went with Garde-épaules de focalisation de sort which are a pretty good match. In the quest chain to get these shoulders I also picked up Ceinture de Rempart-du-Néant which is another option for a belt.

hey what about a matching cloak? anyone know of a good one maybe one that drops in the mop dungeons?

Edit: Kaelynara's drape is a good cloak and the Moonglade cowl is a good replacement for a helmet

If anyone is wondering, the green pants that properly fit with the set are the Garde-jambes en tisse-fantôme, the Garde-jambes en tisse-fantôme, the Jambières du trône vide, the Garde-jambes brise-mur, the Garde-jambes brise-mur, or the Garde-jambes brise-mur.
