Only 3 pieces are available for transmogging right now (The chest, belt and (ewww) the boots).

This is the only nice and electric/arctic blue mail set I can find in the game. A few pieces kind-of match it like Shoulders of Lightning Reflexes and some weapons/cloaks, but nothing that makes a real acceptable set. And almost ANYTHING you do requires you to leave the green-topped boots out. Maybe there's a nice grean and blue set where you can use them, but idk.
