I think this would have been better suited to the Klaxxi themed raid(s) of MoP. It certainly looks cool, but it seems a little out of place theme wise.

I've got the whole set on my Rogue besides the wing shoulders. I really hope they add them in the future, like they have done with a few other items.. :(

This set is graphically bugged as of this writing, which is problematic if you are wanting to use it for transmog.

I have started a thread on Blizzard's Bug Report forum. Please read the details and then sign it or bump it to bring it to Blizzard's attention. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/20418542077

Personally I really dislike the gloves on this set...IMO they are total mismatch from the entire set so I use Toucher velouté d'Amienne. Also I use the normal version tier legs and feet since I prefer the color theme on those. So all in all this is how it looks:

The Mythic appearance of this chest item has been fixed with 7.1.5. I can finally use my favorite tier set of WoD as a transmog!

Dev 1: Here's an idea... Let's take all the super creative sets - you know, the really unique ones - and put them on the one class that has to be shapeshifted all the time so you can't see it, and then restrict the sets to that one class so no one else can have it.

You forgot to add the Wrists, they drop from Operator Thogar Mythic and are called Squire's Electroplated Bracers
The legs drop also from Highmaul Imperator Mar'gok Mythic.

I really love this set for Druids!

This is one of my favorite tier sets along with Haunted Forest and the new Astral Warden look.

The details on this set are pretty crazy cool - especially the helm and shoulders. The shoulders of course have the extremely unique looking wings that start to flap around really quickly and very frequently.

The set has a very Klaxxi feel to it, the fact that it was added as a Blackrock Foundry set in WoD feels a little strange, the styling seems a bit more suited to Mists of Pandaria.

There are a few weapon options I like for this set:

Lance vaillante de Malik

This one also shares a model with the Klaxxi rep reward at exalted. I like this weapon with the set because it's a purely Klaxxi look. The color doesn't line up perfectly but the theme works for me. Some people didn't agree with me on this weapon going with the set, but I like it.

This one works really well thematically with the set, colors work as well. Not my favorite weapon design overall, but matches well with the set!

Scythe of Elune! The fourth coloration of the challenge mode skin. Obtained from using said challenge mode skin while killing all legion dungeon bosses. This is my favorite look for the set. The coloring works well, especially in the curved glowing part of the scythe. Overall a really cool looking weapon that matches the set nicely.

I don't have any cloak suggestions for this set as I don't like using a cloak with it. There are a few options you can go for that match and work, but with the positioning of the wings a cloak doesn't feel necessary here.

As a Druid, I was able to get both the shoulders and the chest by looting the Essence of the Iron Vanquisher on mythic mode.

Malevolent Gladiator's Wyrmhide Helm from season 12 is a great alternative to the set helm.

I completed this transmog set today and was surprised when it applied to my character as leggings and a regular chest piece instead of the robe that shows in my Appearances/Sets tab. Seems as though I had picked up Gilet de fureur énergique which is not a robe but still counts as part of the set. Looks like the robe version might be Grande tenue du bois Vivant , in the screenshot on that item's page it's a chest piece but there are comments indicating it was changed to a robe.

I wanted the robe look so for now I have substituted Braies de l'agression naturelle. It’s not as nice as the set robe but the colours match, and it also matches surprisingly well without the belt if you don’t like the chunky belt look.

Edited to add:
I ran Blackrock again to get a Essence du vainqueur de Fer, handed it in to get Plastron du vainqueur de Fer and that gave me the robe version Grande tenue du bois Vivant which I can now use for transmog.
