While you can only wear 3 of these items at a time, you can transmog all of them at once.
This is a very expensive transmog set to wear since you have to create it while using the daily cooldown of your tailoring profession or your garrison tailor work orders. It will be quicker if you have tailoring at skill 700, but probably still be slow.

If you want to have the full set, it will take you

To my knowledge you can craft 10 Étoffe de trame-sort a day from tailoring 700, get 2 per work order every 4 hours.
That would be 22 a day, which makes about 37 days to craft the full set, if you use Étoffe de trame-sort just for that.

Edit: Since patch 6.2 you can create double the materials from professions as well as work orders.

With that, it should be possible to get 44 Étoffe de trame-sort a day, about 19 days to craft the full set.
If the recipe hasn't changed.

Just purchased this set on my goblin, with the hexweave cloak too. A nice staff for the set would be Regard d'arrogance, wowhead says its unobtainable anymore but it actually drops off sha of pride on Mythic difficulty.

Until this set is updated: Patch 6.2 added Epaulières de dédain shivanes, which are identical to Mantelet en trame-sort.

Just in case people don't know/this isn't obvious to someone: you can't equip more than three crafted pieces at the same time. This includes stuff crafted from other professions as well, so, for example, if you're wearing a crafted necklace (JC) and two pieces of Hexweave gear (tailoring), you can't equip a third piece of Hexweave gear.
