There are bracers for the Windcrystal sets! :D Sorry if I missed any! For this particular coloration, they'd be:

Moltonoma's Mantle is the same model, but a different color, and should not be included either in this, nor the recolor.

Moltonoma's piece is a distinctive black shoulder with reddish cord. ~~I'm very interested in seeing if there's any other black/red cloth in this art set, and was disappointed to see that there does not appear to be a full set of it.~~
The transmog set pages need further splitting.

Of these pieces, what isn't from a dungeon loot table, appears to be from BoE world drops. So it exists, but good luck!

This set needs have it's images updated. These items are NOT green, but in fact a reddish color and a dark grey.

I really wish the cloth sets didn't have random spikes on them. They'd be 10x better without the spikes.

Quick note for those of us who only started in Legion/BFA and are looking for this transmog:

The red/gray colors is from Heroic WoD dungeons. I went through several dungeons last night and picked up the red/gray belt, shoulders, and bracers. I also got the green recolor bracers, as well as both the blue and green cloaks.

Impatient, or just wanting to fill in gaps? You can pick up several of the green recolor pieces for 1000g each from Warspear/Stormsheild Order of the Awakened Apexis traders:
