According to the latest Icy-Veins article, haste for Holy Paladins is our weakest stat which makes the 8 piece set more cosmetic than something I may aim to actually wear. I guess that all depends on how strong the stats are compared to other gear. Even the ever-boring versatility would have been a better stat for Holy.

The stat priority for a Holy Paladin is as follows.

Intellect;
Critical Strike;
Versatility;
Mastery;
Haste.

This is a great alternative for people like me who missed the Challenge Mode gear back in MoP. I use the following gear to complete my transmog.

Tabard: Tabard of the Shattered Sun

Back: Cloak of Scintillating Auras

Weapon: Stormrune Edge

Full transmog in dressing room: Golden Warrior
