Pieces drop from Worgen. Feral worgen island events are possible during any island.

If you don't want gloves showing, you can use Gants de l'amateur exilé to "hide" your gloves in the shirt.

At least until blizzard creates Hide Gloves cosmetic.

Though it looks different in the preview, in-game it is just a slightly darker recolor of the Manteau de noble, Culotte de noble, and Bottes sophistiquées de noble sold by Chester at the Darkmoon Faire. Said items also have the benefit of being Cosmetic and thus usable by all classes but sadly lacks a Tophat.

These sets are obtainable by Island Expeditions. It appears that the difficulty does not matter, but theme/kind of enemies that are on the island.
None of them are class limited, but some are identical to prevoius existing sets and can be mogged by everyone with this amor type now.
