This set (aside from the headpiece) uses the Blue variant of the "C2 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many old artwork sets, no art exists for the head and shoulders. While there are "Regal" pieces for these, they use unrelated artwork and so aren't included here. Just pick whatever you think fits, as there are no pieces designed to match. The listed hat is a lovely match, though.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database and three are available as sets in the game. The final colour only has a few available pieces. See:

Black: Shadow Council Regalia
Red: Shadow Council Regalia (Recolor)
Purple: Shadow Council Regalia (Recolor)
Green: only belt, leggings and boots: Echarpe de la marche aride and Echarpe raffinée (both faction quest rewards), Culotte de sylvegarde and Culotte du sang vert (both faction quest rewards), Bottes des penseurs (also some additional quest reward sources)

Note that while there is a Robe régalienne, it uses unrelated artwork and so isn't included here. See its item page for what it's related to.

Duskhallow Mantle looks better for the shoulders. If only I could get a better belt. Maybe Gossamer Belt ?

I decided to go with the Regal Robes for my priest, but with different accessories.

Shoulders: Epaulières en tisse-ombre
Made via tailoring and looks nice with the robes.

Gloves: Protège-mains du Placide
Just some black gloves I bought off the AH, I'm sure you could find plenty of other black gloves other than this.

Belt: Ceinture en tisse-néant
This was actually the belt I used for my previous transmog (Robe brochée d'argent with Epaulières noires en tisse-mage, Bottes en soie d'araignée, Cape de la neige cramoisie and Masque blanc de bandit), but I thought it looked good with the shoulders.

Boots: Chaussures d'adjurateur

Weapons: Merlin cœur en diamant, Tome à reliure orageuse

I opted for no helm but I haven't really looked around much to see if there'd be one I'd like with this. Definitely not the one in this set. lol
