This set uses the "Blue" version of the Sunwell Mail artwork, which has blue, black and purple scale, bronze metalwork and purple detailing. It forms a complete eight-piece set of the art.

Note that the only bracers and boots are Shaman-only. For some reason Blizzard decided to make them part of a tier set, even though they don't match the rest of the tier pieces at all. Fortunately these are arguably the least important pieces: the bracers are fully hidden and the boots mostly so (unless you wear the pants version of the leggings, see below). The rest of the pieces are non-tier.

It's also worth noting that the listed shoulders (Épaulettes d'équilibre) didn't originally match the colour of this set. They were changed in 5.3 so the set could be completed.

One set of the leggings, Mailles de l'orage tumultueux, are pants in case you don't like wearing a kilt.

There are three other colours of this artwork, all available in the game but not necessarily to both mail-wearing classes:

Crimson: Brutal Gladiator's Pursuit (red, black and tarnished scale, gold metalwork and blue detailing) (mostly Hunter-only)
Green: Sunwell Hunter Armor (green, black and dark purple scale, copper metalwork and red detailing) (belt, boots and bracers are Hunter-only)
Red: Brutal Gladiator's Earthshaker (red, black and copper scale, silver metalwork and green detailing) (mostly Shaman-only)

Worked on this set for transmog for my tauren shaman. To echo Niaw's comment, the shoulders that are part of the "official" set (Épaulettes d'équilibre) have a different color scheme than the rest of the gear. Considering transmog is all about visuals, I tried to find a substitute that might fit better.

Ultimately I went with Protège-épaules barbelés de corail that drop off of Leotheras the Blind in SSC. It's got a different design than the official shoulders, but is closer to the blue & gold color scheme in the rest of the set. Plus they've got a pretty cool smoldering effect.

It is a shame that this set truly doesn't have matching shoulders, because this set is gorgeous!

The shoulders suggested by Hyous (Protège-épaules barbelés de corail) http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items=34229:34409:34383:34402:34437:34543:34565:30097 on a female character are small enough and have a shade close to the blue in the kilt. So they are a possibility. I have also come up with some shoulders that I feel can be substituted if you don't like the "gold" accents in the Épaulettes d'équilibre (which clash with the "copper" in the rest of the outfit)...

Spécimens imparfaits 27 et 28 These have coppery "feathers" that match the copper tones in the rest of the armor...and the glowing blue wolves are pretty cool.

Spallières de la dame balafrée These have copper "scales" that I felt matched, and the fringe on the edge of the shoulders matched the pink/purple accents in the armor as well. The only "off-putting" factor on these was the silver/gray rings that hang down in the front...

Edit: As Niaw also posted above, they seem to have finally fixed the Épaulettes d'équilibre. They now match the rest of the armor. Please note Tuarceata's post below though.

Do note that while the Épaulettes d'équilibre were fixed in 5.3, the Sunmote-tradein Épaulettes d'éruption were not. Be careful with what you convert as it is a one-way process.

Even though they did fix the shoulders here, I still think that Protège-épaules barbelés de corail, Spécimens imparfaits 27 et 28, & Spallières de la dame balafrée are still good possibilities if you want to "mix & match" things up a little bit. Also note that Mailles de l'orage tumultueux are "pants" Kilt de reconstruction spirituelle is the "skirt" you see in the above image. Have fun!

as for fellow hunters who like the color of the set and want it more..."hunter-ish" (without a kilt, like Tyrygosa) here is a suggestion:
Protège-épaules barbelés de corail for shoulders, also Solerets de triomphe forgés par les Titans or Bottes de traqueur de Gronn for boots (they really dont match perfectly, maybe someone comes with something better..
as for the bow: Frappeur darde-éclairs seems to be a perfect match

So, for the frills: Drape of the Violet Tower is a perfect match.

Brutal Gladiator's Barrier is the Shield I have settled on.

For fellow hunters who would like to use this set as transmo using the leggings rather than the kilt, I have discovered some boots that match perfectly!

I was about to cry after spending money on mats to craft the gloves and then find I can't actually use this set, but had a browse in the AH and found Dreadhawk's Schynbald of the Hunt!

For hunters who want to match a weapon to this set, I found that Pulvérisateur d'ambre de Klaxxi'vess fits pretty darn nicely, but it requires exalted with the Klaxxi.

Also, since hunters can't get the matching boots, use something like Bottes du tsunami if you're a worgen or draenei since they're invisible on those races. And obviously wear the pants not the kilt if you've got any self-respect.

Link to a 3D model of the set with these boots and gun on a worgen (minus the helm cos it looks a bit silly. I replaced it on my character with Couvre-œil du malveillant)

Seriously though blizz, stop teasing us and let hunters get the boots!

Took me about 3 months to get all the pieces off the bosses. The belt, bracer and boots are the easiest part. The gloves were the most time consuming. I cleared the entire Sunwell each week and eventually had all the other pieces off the bosses before the gloves dropped. I had to use the suggestion of clearing trash up to Kalegos over and over before the gloves dropped off the 5th clear. They dropped off the trash up the ramps before Kalegos. Good luck.

For hunters looking for boots, right now your best bet for a close match is one of three; Tsunami Boots, Riptide Boots, or Gronnstalker Boots (since they're the same model, just a different colour). As for a cloak, right now my favorites are either Gale-Proof Cloak, or any cape that looks similar to the heirloom Inherited Cape of the Black Baron. Still looking for a better match though.
