This set (aside from the pants) uses the Blue variant of the Ahn'Qiraj Cloth artwork and is the AQ set for Mages. It forms five pieces of an eight-piece set of the art. The bracers, gloves and leggings are missing.

Sadly, correctly-coloured bracers and gloves to match this set don't seem to be available. If they existed they'd look like blue versions of Brassards de fouisseur and Gantelets du sombre orage.

The leggings for this set also don't use the AQ artwork. But since they're hidden and they're pretty much the right colour anyway it shouldn't matter too much.

There are two other colours of this artwork in the database and both are available as sets in the game. Both are specific to other cloth-wearing classes, see:

Green/red (officially "Green"): Garments of the Oracle (Priests only)
Purple/olive (officially "Purple"): Doomcaller's Attire (Warlocks only)

For anyone who has never done Ahn’Qiraj before, and is looking to farm this set, I thought I might mention that the items are obtained via quests given inside the raid.

The quests require scarabs and class-specific idols, collected from the trash mobs and also looted from coffers found inside the raid. The coffers are opened with keys dropped by the bosses. They also require certain item drops from the bosses, specific to classes.

The last thing required for each individual quest is a requirement of a certain level of reputation with Progéniture de Nozdormu,

Protège-épaules de l'énigme and Bottes de l'énigme require having a neutral reputation,
Jambières de l'énigme and Diadème de l'énigme require having reputation at friendly,
The final piece, Robe de l'énigme requires having reputation at honored..

Best matching one-handed weapon I've found is La Volonté inflexible from Sommet d’Hyjal. It drops from Anetheron. It sheathes on your back and doesn't lose much color from the Jade Spirit enchant.

Has anyone come up with a solution for the bracers? This robe appears to have built-in wristwraps, but oddly my equipped bracers are showing over top, and are quite ugly. The best solutions I've found are Cataclysmic Gladiator's Cuffs of Prowess, a small band at the top of the gloves (Regal Gloves seem to work well), or Duskweave Wristwraps, a fairly narrow band across the top of the robe's "bracers". Neither option is ideal.

Idols are obtained from chests placed in various locations throughout the instance.

How to get these?

Fly to Silithus (flight point might be gone due to phasing in Patch 7.3). If you want to restore it, speak to Zidormi or Rhonormu or (/way 78.8 21.8 Zidormi or /way Silithus 33.4 80.8 Rhonormu)

Entrance to Ahn'Qiraj is at the south's end of the road in Silithus. The road splits in front of the summon stone. Take the path to your right and follow the stairs (/way 47.2 7.9 Raid Entrance)

You'll need reputation at Progéniture de Nozdormu (but just til honored) and items to turn in the following quests, so kill every mob you meet. Keep items like Insigne de seigneur qiraji, Scarabée en bronze, Idole de la mort and boss drops like Diadème de Vek'lor.

Defeat the first boss, enter the temple and take the way on your left. There are Andorgos, Vethsera and Kandrostrasz waiting for you. Speak to Kandrostrasz, accept and turn in Champions mortels.
After that, new quests appear (these are the ones for Paladins, they might need different items for other classes):

You'll need reputation and the random drops mentioned above to finish these quests.
Sometimes you may find Grand coffre de scarabéess which can contain some of these quest items. You need Clé de coffre de scarabées supérieur to open them.
Take care of your bag space.

Kandrostrasz offers the repeatable quest Champions mortels. Wait to turn in your Insigne de seigneur qirajis until you are 2999/3000 Neutral by killing trash and bosses. After that, gaining reputation becomes harder (no more trash rep).
