This set uses the Blue variant of the "C1 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete three-piece set of the art.

This set actually only has artwork for those three pieces.

Of note, Armure des Arcanes has long sleeves, while Gilet en étoffe lunaire has none.

There are five other colours of this set in the artwork database. Three of them are available as complete three-piece sets. See:

Black: Arcane Regalia (Recolor)
Grey: Arcane Regalia (Recolor). Of note, this set actually does have matching gloves and bracers. It appears they used the arm textures to create them
Red: Arcane Regalia (Recolor)
The two remaining colours are Beige (a lighter and stronger brown than the grey set) and "Ironforge" (and stronger red than the red set), but I can't find any pieces for either available in the game

Not listed in this set, the matching gloves are Gants des Arcanes

Also a good belt to match this is Echarpe de sorcier

I can not wait for legion so that simple sets like this that lack shoulders are viable.
