The helm used to drop from Onyxia back at lvl 60 but when Blizzard revamped the encounter for level 80s, the helm was moved to Nefarian's loot table. However, the helm dropping from Onyxia does have the same coloring than the actual T2 helm, so if a person just wishes to complete the full looks, they can get the respective helm from 10 or 25 man Onyxia as well.

This set uses the Blue version of the "Shaman Raid B" artwork and forms the complete eight-piece Shaman Tier 2 set.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database, but sadly only one is available as a complete set. See:

Purple (officially "Outland Purple"): The Ten Storms (Recolor)
Red: red and blue with red gems. Only a couple of pieces: Espauliers de la magie sauvage and Gantelets imprégnés de colère. At least one of the pieces is the shoulders, as they're one of the most noticeable things about this set and could still be great for transmog with other pieces
Green: green and dark blue with yellow gems. The only pieces I'm aware of (in mail) are two helms: Heaume-sonde des profondeurs and Couronne de l'éclair which have the yellow gem (Wowhead is currently rendering them with a blue gem for some reason, but the gem is definitely yellow in-game). There's also a chest in plate: Harnais de combat de Durotan

There is also an identical (as far as I can tell) helm from a quest chain in Shadowmoon Valley: Casque de seconde vue chamanique and a plate version of the chestpiece! Harnais de combat de Durotan :)

I find that Cloak of the Devoured goes very well with this set. A little harder to get but it matches ten storms perfectly.

Haubert d'ogre surdimensionné* is an excellent substitute if you dislike the look of Cuirasse des dix tempêtes. The colour scheme is spot on!

*Haubert festonné de champignons de Maatparm has the same model, but is Alliance-only and from a low-level quest.

So I've changed one thing in the set and chose a 1H Weapon and shield to make it look even nicer in my personal opinion.

I've changed the legs from Cuissards des dix tempêtes to Cuissards inébranlables.

For a shield, I have chosen Pavois perdu du Vol bleu (suggested by Deux42)
The one-handed weapon, I'm choosing between these:

1H Axes

Fendoir du gladiateur brutal
Stellaris (meh)

1H Maces

Masse d'armes de Comté-du-Nord or Casse-tête de consécration
Sceptre de la flèche de glace
Mithrios, héritage de Barbe-de-Bronze
Marteau d'expiation (last option if there's nothing else)

Daggers

My favourite weapon choice is between Mithrios, héritage de Barbe-de-Bronze and Kriss spectral. Here is the set with the mace and this is the set with the dagger.
