This set uses the red-brown (officially "Red") version of the Ahn'Qiraj Mail artwork and is the Ahn'Qiraj set for Shaman. It forms seven pieces out of an eight-piece set of the art. Only the bracers are missing.

There are no available bracers of the same artwork and colour. Wristguards of Elemental Fury are the correct appearance but they were never added to the game. They wouldn't be visible anyway.

There are two other colours of this set in the artwork database, but only one is available as a set:

Dark purple/red (officially "Black"): Striker's Garb
The other colour is purple and gold (officially "Purple"). As far as I can tell it's only used on one pair of gloves: Gants en vif-acier and one pair of pants: Jambières couvertes de vase

Figured i post a comment here about this set.

i love the looks of it and on orc male its brutal....the shoulders are just so big.
Lets say you have super bad luck farming the belt from emperors u can use this.

If you're looking to keep the red and orange theme with weapons, then I've compiled a short list of what I consider the closest match (color-wise) for each weapon type. Of course this list only includes weapon types that a Shaman can actually wield, so no Two-Hands, Bows, etc. If you have any other suggestions for this list, please post them in a reply as some of these were a this was a pain to hunt for with my Shaman :P

One-Hand Axe:

Marée haute. Drops from Grand seigneur de guerre Naj'entus - first boss in Temple noir from Burning Crusade expansion.

One-Hand Mace:

Marteau de guerre de forge-lave. Crafted Rare, requires a Maître fabricant de marteaux specialized Blacksmith. Note: This pattern requires a Hammersmith who already had the specialization from Burning Crusade. The trainers will NO LONGER teach these Burning Crusade patterns if you switch specialization. More on Blacksmithing specializations.

Dagger:

Dague gravefeu. Drops from Xin le Maître d’armes - final boss in Palais Mogu’shan from Mists of Pandaria expansion.

Fist Weapon:

Griffe du drake noir. Drops from Garde de guerre Sartura second non-optional boss in Ahn’Qiraj from Classic WoW.

Griffe de silithide. Drops from Gueule-de-feu - fourth boss in Repaire de l’Aile noire from Classic WoW.

If you're an enhance shaman and you're looking for a good fist weapon to pair with this, then The Hand of Nerub would be a fantastic match. As of 5.1 the weapon is one handed and no longer restricted to offhand only.

I found that Masterwork Girdle is a great substitute if you're like me and having trouble getting the the belt to drop off twin emp.
It would serve as a good belt for almost any set with a bit of gold in it due to how thin it is.

If you want a tabard for this gear you should be looking at Tabard huojin it fits perfectly on all possible ways with this wonderful gear (only horde can get).
I also found this head that really fits for this gear Chapeau cramoisi stylé.

If you are having bad luck with Twin Emps belt, Ceinture runique en cuivre fits quite perfectly (not same model, but red w/ yellow bucket and fits really nice)

Stormcaller's Garb is the Shaman Tier 2.5 Set which is obtainable via drops from the Level 60 raid instance Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, as well as quests related to the same instance.

How to get these?

Fly to Silithus (flight point might be gone due to phasing in Patch 7.3). If you want to restore it, speak to Zidormi or Rhonormu or (/way 78.8 21.8 Zidormi or /way Silithus 33.4 80.8 Rhonormu)

Entrance to Ahn'Qiraj is at the south's end of the road in Silithus. The road splits in front of the summon stone. Take the path to your right and follow the stairs (/way 47.2 7.9 Raid Entrance)

You'll need reputation at Progéniture de Nozdormu (but just til honored) and items to turn in the following quests, so kill every mob you meet. Keep items like Insigne de seigneur qiraji, Scarabée en bronze, Idole de la mort and boss drops like Diadème de Vek'lor.

Defeat the first boss, enter the temple and take the way on your left. There are Andorgos, Vethsera and Kandrostrasz waiting for you. Speak to Kandrostrasz, accept and turn in Champions mortels.
After that, new quests appear (these are the ones for Paladins, they might need different items for other classes):

You'll need reputation and the random drops mentioned above to finish these quests.
Sometimes you may find Grand coffre de scarabéess which can contain some of these quest items. You need Clé de coffre de scarabées supérieur to open them.
Take care of your bag space.

Kandrostrasz offers the repeatable quest Champions mortels. Wait to turn in your Insigne de seigneur qirajis until you are 2999/3000 Neutral by killing trash and bosses. After that, gaining reputation becomes harder (no more trash rep).
