This set is a shaman-only (sorry hunters!) PvP set from season 1. It is a recolor of the Cyclone set from Tier 4, with the exception of pants instead of a kilt.

The set pieces can only be obtained by getting the T4 token drops from Kara, Grull, and Magtheridon and turning them in to Karynna on the Isle of Quel'Danas (the portal to which can be found in the center of Shattrath city in outlands).

Gloves: Gants du champion déchu
Helm: Heaume du champion déchu
Legs: Jambières du champion déchu
Shoulders: Espauliers du champion déchu
Chest: Corselet du champion déchu

The feet and waist pieces are (sadly) unattainable at this time, as they were removed from the game. Hopefully they will be brought back soon to complete the set.

This set uses the "Shaman Raid D PVP" artwork and is an adaptation of the Shaman Tier 4 and forms seven pieces of an eight-piece set of that art.

Other versions of the belt and boots of the same artwork, not listed above are Ceinturon de maréchal riveté, Ceinturon de général riveté, Solerets de maréchal rivetés and Solerets de général rivetés. They're all currently out of the game.

There aren't any available bracers of the same artwork and colour, but it's not a big deal as they'd be hidden anyway. Theoretically the four sets of bracers, Brassards de maréchal rivetés, Brassards de général rivetés, Brassards de maréchal en mailles and Brassards de général en mailles should match this set, just as their related belt and boots do, but for some reason they don't. Those bracers are currently out of the game anyway. The set artwork for the bracers is red, grey and brown with pewter metal lining, much as the rest of the set. It seems to have a kind of heptagonal design on it.

Unlike most sets they didn't produce any simple recolours. As mentioned in another post there's only one variant, Cyclone Harness used for the Shaman Tier 4 set. The PvP set is more than a simple recolour. Many of the pieces have obvious variations in the design.

On the WoD-beta-server, both GIRDLE and BOOTS for the S1-sets are once again available: They can be purchased in Area 52 from Kezzik the Striker for honor-points. Prices are rather high at the moment: Both pieces cost 2285 points each. (Probably requires a lot of PvP since justice-points will be eliminated in WoD and therefore the option of exchanging them into honor-points will be missing.)

I guess that means that the full season 1-sets are back in buisness very soon! (Checked it with different classes. All had access to boots and belts. It should be noted though that sometimes the items have the T4-look instead of S1. Hunter has the exact S1-match while warlock gets another T4-option.) Could not find another vendor. On Quel'Danas, where breast, head, legs, hands and shoulders are sold for T4-tokens, there are no belts and shoes available. None in Stormwind and Gadgetzan either.
