This set uses the "Shaman PvP B4" artwork, and is comprised of the Arena Season 8 set for Shaman.

There aren't any missing pieces. The set is complete!
There isn't any artwork for simple recolours of this set. However the Shaman Arena Season 5, 6, 7 and 8 sets all have a very similar (just not identical) design, apart from the shoulders and helm. See:

B1 Green: Savage Gladiator's Earthshaker
B1 Red: Deadly Gladiator's Earthshaker
B1 Purple: Hateful Gladiator's Earthshaker
Light blue and purple ("B2"): Furious Gladiator's Earthshaker
Light blue and red ("B3"): Relentless Gladiator's Earthshaker
There's an extra colour of the B1 artwork that isn't available (default "B1" colour). If it existed it would look much like the B1 Purple set, but with gold edging and dark brown mail

The entire set listed above costs a total of 9520 Honor Points.

Head - 1650
Shoulders - 1040
Chest - 1650
Waist - 945
Legs - 1650
Feet - 945
Wrist - 600
Hands - 1040

However, if your goal is simply to achieve the appearance of this set, you need not purchase every single one of these pieces.
The only pieces that would be required for that are: Helm, Shoulders, Chest, Waist, Hands and - depending on race - Feet. (The shoes are not visible on a draenei.)
Without the feet, the total amount of honor required is 6325 and with the feet 7270.

Also of import, this whole set can be purchased from Sergent-major Clate if you are Alliance or Sergent Hola'mahi if you are Horde (or Vixton Sifflepince if you happen to be in Tanaris.)

From what I could find on wow model viewer:

Cloak - Cape d'assombrissement

1H Maces - Miséricorde du tortionnaire, Masse-géode lourde, and Sceptre royal de Terenas II

Shields - Bouclier d'éclat-dorsal, Bouclier du désespoir, and Grand pavois du gladiateur cataclysmique

(The shield I have on my model viewer character is Ancien grand bouclier de mogu, but that is unavable now) Those are the ones I looked at that kind of matches this set.

Does anyone know where to find it in 7.0.3? Sergeant Clate doesn't sell it anymore and I can't find it anywhere. That's a bummer..
