Oh wow, this is a nice looking set... I play on a role playing server, and I enjoy dressing up my Bank Mule/Auctioneer. This will do nicely.

This used to drop in pre-Cataclysm Stratholme. Did they retain it on the loot tables when that dungeon's level was lowered?

Got this set on my warlock. As he doesn't wear shoulder, it took me a while to find some that fit. Ended up using all crafted items that the mats aren't hard to gather.

Shoulders: Epaulières d'étoffe lunaire primordiale
Belt: Ceinture d'étoffe lunaire primordiale
Gloves: Gants en étoffe lunaire

Biggest problem was finding someone who could make the gloves as the pattern no longer drops in game and it seems not too many people got it (at least on my server, horde side). An alternative would be Gants de piété, but they have a small drop rate. I gave up after farming for about a week.

I also found that Tabard de Ramkahen matches the set almost perfectly. I'll upload a screenshot both with and without.
(Guess my screenshot wasn't approved. Ah well.)

If anyone knows of a staff or cloak that would match, it'd be greatly appreciated.

The color scheme is a direct reference to Karl Malone's jersey colors when he played for the Utah Jazz. Postmaster Malown's garb = Karl "The Mailman" Malone's uniform.

Details on how to get this set:

All of these pieces drop in Stratholme from Postier Malown. However, some items outside of Stratholme have the same artwork, cutting down on dungeon runs.

To get the items in Stratholme, you must open three mailboxes in Undead Stratholme to spawn Postier Malown. This also used to require players opening the mailboxes in a certain order, as well as acquiring keys, but that has been simplified.

If you care about set bonuses, Postier Malown also drops a ring: Sceau du maître de poste.

To get the non-Postman items that match, here's the details:

Chest: Tunique murmurante, Mission : La saillie abyssale/Mission : La saillie abyssale
Legs: Jambières investies, Chromaggus, BWL
Gloves: Gantelets d'enlacement de Rhie-ay, Northrend world drop, Gants de piété, Burning Crusade world drop; Gants en étoffe lunaire crafted Tailoring; Protège-mains sculpte-mana, special boxes in BRD. All are difficult as Patron : Gants en étoffe lunaire is no longer obtainable.

The cuffs on the Tunique murmurante are shaped differently than the ones on Tunique du maître de poste. Tunique du maître de poste has wide sleeves while the Tunique murmurante has narrower ones.
