This set uses the blue and brown (no official colour code) variant of the "Northrend D1 Mail" artwork. Combined with the unlisted bracers (see below) it forms seven pieces of an eight-piece set of the art. Only the boots are missing.

There are bracers that match this artwork and colour, see: Brassards en écailles entrelacées. They'd probably be hidden anyway.

Sadly I haven't found any boots of the same colour and artwork. If they existed they'd resemble the design of Solerets du firmament (from the Green variant), but in blue and brown to match this set.

There are three other colour variants of this set in the artwork database and all are available in sets that are mostly complete. See:

I use Fiend Slayer Boots with this; I find it matches pretty well.

If you're a hunter, these are the best weapons I've found to match this set:

Dernier voyage, which is a bit of a grind to get, and Le Diplomate, which is now relatively easy to farm on normal Call of the Crusade. For the crossbow, it drops from 25-man Four Horsemen in Naxxaramas, and it took me a couple of months for it to drop. I had trouble with the 4 Horsemen at first, but then I began to have my bear tank all of them on Lady Blaumeax, and I found the fight to be a lot easier.

This is the Wrath of the Lich King, non-tier, 10-player, agility set. It comes mainly from Naxxramas, with a piece from Le sanctum Obsidien, but since it's mostly item level 200 some of the pieces come from 80 heroics and Points de justice, and even a couple of quests.

The set also looks pretty good with:
Bottes d'arpenteur de la toundra from Frapper (Horde) in Borean Tundra
Ceinture nécrogénique dropped by Heigan l'Impur in Naxx 10N
the boots are a lot darker, but they are the only non-bulky model that still has the blue/chain look, and the belt adds a few more glowy blue bits.

for (hunter) weapons, Arc court de tueur de dragon is my personal favorite, but Arc long bande-plume works pretty well if you want a little MoP flair.
