This is the first upgrade I've found worth getting after the ilevel 226 Broach of the Wailing Night. I'm way over hit as it is, so it's nice to see a neck without hit for a change. Surv. hunter, so I'm probably just going to put an agi gem in it, but the slot is nice for those who might need the hit.

you'd be better off with https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=50452 as a survival hunter... this is a Feral druid / Combat rogue / MM/BM hunter item. but yea its quite good in any case.

(as of what i know, Assassination rogues don't put much love into Arp)

This is the second of two Agility neckpieces that drop in ICC 10. The first gives no armor penetration, basically replacing it with haste. It provides an alternative to Armor Pen, so the agility classes (Rogue, Hunter, Cats) don't feel pressured that they have to go Armor Pen. In General, there are usually two agility items for every slot, one with ArP, and one without. The ArP is usually replaced with hit/exp or crit/haste.
